Background
Hello, my name is Don Means, I have been involved with the Stretch Sleeve or Wrap since the early 90’s. Presently I have teamed up with Kiliper Corp. out of Ames, Iowa. I consider myself very knowledgeable about the sleeve industry.

I truly felt it was necessary to reach out to the Private Label Propane Exchange Tank Industry. Concerning label options for their 17-to-20-pound exchange tanks.
With today’s negativity towards pressure sensitive label removal during the reconditioning process of returned exchange tanks, I wanted to take some time to introduce you to a possible alternative label.

Labels substrates consist of a 3mil clear or white low-density polyethylene, or LDPE and are 100% recyclable.

Sleeves / Wraps have 360° print capabilities.
We have the capability of adding four color process pictures to your sleeve or wrap as well.
Durable to the outdoors atmosphere (rain, sunlight, snow, etc.)
Private label manufacturer minimum runs of 5000 Sleeves / Wraps up to 1,000,000.
Application
A Sleeve or Wrap slides over the container like a rubber band and requires NO Heat or Adhesives. Sleeves can be machine applied as well as by hand.
Kiliper is one of the leading manufacturers of stretch sleeve labels in the United States.
Stretch sleeves are widely used in the propane tank exchange programs throughout the United States.
